Return Policy

We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. We stand by every product we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase you make.In the case that you are not satisfied with your item or simply would like to return it.  A return will not be accepted without prior request for return and our approval. Please read our return policy and additional information below.

   1.  A 35% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

   2.  No refund for the freight.

   3.  The item must be returned within 20 days of the buyers receives it. Refund will be given as money back. 

   4.  Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered & should be returned with all original  documents if any.

   5.  Return by Register Air Mail under personal name Only please contact us before returning any item for  address details.

   6.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

   7.  Usually International Parcels will take 2 to 3 weeks time to reach us, We request and appreciate your patience.

   8.  Please allow us two days after receiving the return parcel to inspect the items and refund.

   9.  Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for excessive returns.
