How to Order

1.Select product: according to your jewelry design or purchasing requirement, choose suitable gemstone:shape, size, color and quantity etc.

2.Consulting: consult with us for detail confirmation, like prices, delivery time, shipment method, payment term etc.

3.Confirmation: Once confirmed order, PI (Proforma Invoice) will be sent to you.

4.Payment: 100% T/T before shipping, big order negotiated with payment, we also can accept Western Union and Paypal .

5.Delivery: Product will be sent by agreed delivery agent. Usually 3-5 business days after shipping. Tracking number will be let you know once shipped.

6.After service: Please contact us within 3 days if there's any problem after received package.
