Moissanite Size Chart

 Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone that is often used as an alternative to diamonds. It is available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors.  Diamond carat weight measures how much a diamond weighs. A metric “carat” is defined as 200 milligrams. For example, one carat weight of diamond is  6.50mm round brilliant cut , moissanite of the same size 6.50mm will have an actual carat weight of approximately 0.88 CT or 1.00 CT DEW.  DEW is used for gemstones to describe their diamond equivalent carat weight, but moissanite gemstones are marginally lighter than diamonds.
